Nein, trotz des Titels geht es nicht ums Pokern, sondern um Stand-Up-Comedy. Genauer: Es geht um Herrn Johann König. Ich erinnere mich noch genau, dass es eine Zeit gab, in der ich diesen Spinner nicht mochte. Comedy ist wirklich ein schwieriges Kapitel bei mir. Dieser gedrückt sprechende Typ in seinem albernen rosa Hemd konnte mich beim rumzappen nie begeistern.
Eines Videoabends begab es sich dann, dass wir – der Grund ist mir bis heute schleierhaft – die DVD mit seinem Live-Programm „Ohne Proben nach oben“ ausliehen. Es war unglaublich: wir fielen fast vom Sofa vor lachen. In der Folge sah ich das nächste Programm „Johann König eskaliert“ und seine Lesung „Johann König liest Gestammelte Werke“ live und es war noch viel besser.
Samstag war es dann soweit und Herr König beehrte die Hansestadt mit seinem brandneuen Programm „Total Bock auf Remmi Demmi - Herr König schießt den Vogel ab!“. Ich muss jedoch stark davon abraten, sich dieses anzuschauen. Beinahe wäre ich noch im Pier 2 erstickt. Kurz vor Ende des Programms bekam ich samt der um mich sitzenden Personen keine Luft mehr, als er das große Finale seiner Karlauerparade zündete. Also im Interesse eurer eigenen Gesundheit: nehmt Abstand zu Herrn König.
