Es begab sich zu einer Zeit, da der Sohn Gottes angeblich bereits zweitausendundneun Jahre wieder auferstanden sein sollte, da stand ich auf und begab mich ins Bad. Feuchtigkeit durchnässte meine Socken und ein vorwurfsvoller Blick in Richtung Waschmaschine offenbarte das Maleur. Der Herr muss eine zweite Sintflut geschickt haben, vergaß aber offenbar mich zuvor auf den Bau einer Arche hinzuweisen.
So verbrachte ich den gestrigen Abend mit dem Transfer von Wasser via Wischequipment ins Klo. Von wegen Feiertag, Freizeit und so.
Zwei Dinge: Das Erste steht schon in der Überschrift.
Das Zweite ist: Wenn man zum Fotografieren draußen ist, hat man garantiert das falsche Objektiv auf der Kamera, wenn einem ein Hase/Kaninchen/Tier mit langen Ohren über den sprichwörtlichen Weg läuft. Wahrscheinlich hat auch hier her Murphy seine Finger im Spiel.
Nach den bekannten viralen Werbefilmchen, die auf den einschlägigen Videoportalen auftauchen, hebt Mini das jetzt auf eine neue Ebene und publiziert Fake-Videos:

Heute ist der Blitz bei mir eingeschlagen. Nach meinen Tests mit dem Vorgänger brachte der nette DHL-Mann meinen neuen Canon-Blitz. Endlich mehr Kontrolle über das Licht, das aus der Kamera kommt. Der Systemblitz ist ja leider kaum zu beeinflussen. In den nächsten Tagen werde ich mal ein paar weitere Experimente belichten.
Seit dem Wochenende nenne ich einen Batteriegriff für meine Kamera mein eigen. Neben der Möglichkeit entweder zwei Akkus oder normale Batterien zum anfeuern der Kamera zu benutzen, wird die Kamera wesentlich schwerer und lässt sich besser anfassen. Vor allem bei hochformatigen Aufnahmen ein großer Gewinn für die EOS 450D, die wohl eher für Kinderhände entworfen wurde.
Allerdings griff ich nicht zum originalen Batteriegriff von Canon, sondern zu einem günstigen Nachbau aus China der Marke Phottix. Ich bin überrascht von der Qualität des Griffs. Kein Wackeln, fasst sich gut an, die Tasten sind in Ordnung und weniger als der halbe Preis des originalen Griffs.
