Wir sitzen vor dem Fernseher und schauen Teil 2 von 4 des 2009er Nordderby-Krimis. Nicht zu erklären ist der kulinarische Frevel, nach der Pizza Krupuk zu essen. Krupuk ist dieser Asiatische Bauschaum mit Krabbenaroma.

Christoph gibt zu Protokoll, dass die Zubereitung einen gewissen Unterhaltungswert aufweist. Das Ganze gerät für ca. 24 Stunden in Vergessenheit. Bis uns eben bei der China Ecke eine Schale Krupuk auf dem Tresen anlächelt und an die Frage der Entstehung dieses fernöstlichen Isoliermaterials erinnert. Was ist die Lösung im dritten Jahrtausend?
